My bedtime routine has been awful lately so it’s time to get back into good habits. Tonight’s self-care was getting into bed early, filling out today’s bullet-journal and then settling down to read with a hot chocolate.

It has been a really long day today. I had to take mum to a hospital appointment and she was really unsettled today and quite hard to manage. I arrived home later than planned and then did some writing until quite late. Today’s self-care is to make sure l wind down properly and get a good nights kip by having a bed time chamomile tea.
