I explain the type of implant I have, how the device works, and demonstrate the implant in use. I also share personal insights, practical information and tips based on my own experience of having the implant fitted and living with it.

A note about the self-harm I mentioned. I had self-harm scars on my arms and around my wrists. This meant that once the graft was used, those scars around my wrist became the tip of my penis.
