Gender Transition Video Diary of Changes On Testosterone
I began cross-sex hormone treatment on the 10th of April 2013, which involves taking testosterone. My gender clinic prescribed Nebido, an injectable form of testosterone which I have administered every ten weeks.

Top Surgery – Chest Reconstruction
Top surgery is a surgical procedure to remove breast tissue and sculpt a male chest. There are two main types of top surgery, these are peri-areola, (suitable only for those with smaller chests), and double incision with nipple grafts.
I had the double incision procedure with Mr Andrew Yelland on the 27th of November 2013.

Lower Surgery – Phalloplasty
There are two main types of lower surgery, those are metoidioplasty and phalloplasty. I had radial forearm phalloplasty, which uses the forearm as a donor site. Phalloplasty is usually done over three stages, however, further surgeries are often needed, in order to correct or fine tune any issues.
